Wimberley Market Days is one of the largest market days in the state of Texas. Hundreds of booths featuring every imaginable treasure thrill shoppers from around the region. Market Days are held the first Saturday of the month, except January and February.
Jacob's Well swimmers
Jacob's Well is an ecological treasure in the Wimberley Valley. The source of Cypress Creek, Jacob's Well is both an artisan spring and one of the longest caves in Texas. Weekly tours are available.
One of the top tourist destinations in central Texas, Wimberley Glassworks features daily glass-blowing demonstrations and a spectacular gallery of art glass.
Wimberley VFW Rodeo
Held every Fourth of July, the Wimberley VFW Rodeo features bull and bronc riding, steer roping, barrel racing and more. Several other rodeos happen in the Wimberley and the surrounding area.
