Simple Crust-less quiche

  • EGGS - One egg makes one slice of quiche

  • CHEESE, shredded - I prefer Colby Jack or mozzarella

  • HEAVY CREAM - For every two eggs used, a half cup of cream is required

  • Don't be afraid to throw spinach, sausage, bacon, or anything else tasty in!

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Beat eggs completely before adding heavy cream.

  3. Beat eggs and heavy cream completely before adding additional ingredients.

  4. Pour quiche mixture into adequately sized pan. The quiche will rise considerably, so make sure ingredients are filling the pan halfway.

  5. Bake until top is golden brown. Depending on how large the dish is, this can take from 25 to 45 minutes.
