SQUARE INN POLICIES

TERMS & CONDITIONS



It is our pleasure to provide you with a welcoming environment and comfortable furnishings for your relaxation and enjoyment.  In order to continue cost-efficient operations and the quality of our Inn, here’s the ‘legal’ stuff:

RESERVATION POLICIES:
  • A deposit equal to one night’s lodging per room is required at time of reservation. Your balance is due upon arrival.

  • King rooms accommodate 2 people only.  One child may accompany adults in these rooms with an additional $25 charge for children ages 3 years and over.  The Keegan Room and Home Suite have a maximum capacity of 4 people and the Chandler Suite has a maximum capacity of 6 people.

  • A 3-night minimum stay is required on New Years Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas and July 4. 

  • A 2-night minimum stay is required on Easter, Memorial Day, Valentines Day, Labor Day and most weekends.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
  • Cancellations require a 7day email notification prior to arrival and are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.  Innkeeper@wimberleysquareinn.com

  • Cancellations received between 7 days and 2 days prior to arrival will not be refunded, however, reservations made through Square Inn can be moved one time and your deposit applied to a future stay.  Future date will be required to move reservation and apply the deposit.  Reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) cannot be refunded or moved when cancelled 7 days or less.

  • Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival cannot be refunded or moved.

HOUSE POLICIES
  • Check in time is 3 pm to 6 pm.  A 1pm early arrival is offered when purchased at the time of reservation; not valid with same day reservations. Arrangements for later arrival can be made by contacting the Inn. Check out time is 11 am. The Innkeeper can be reached by phone at 512-722-3188.

  • ALL ROOMS AND INN INTERIOR ARE NON-SMOKING. Smoking is allowed outside only in designated area.  A $200 fee will be charged for smoking anything inside.

  • We are in an environmentally sensitive area and operate with a septic system. Please do not place ANYTHING except toilet paper in the toilets. Please place all other items; feminine/personal products, paper towels, Kleenex, etc in room trash containers.

  • Please do not remove ANY items from the Inn (this includes towels).  This is a small, family-owned business and loss directly affects our family.  Charges will apply for items removed, damaged or excessive clean up. 

  • Please park all guest vehicles in designated parking spaces in front of the Inn.  Additional parking is available a half block down Oak Drive.

  • Only certified service animals are allowed and require a $10 per night, per animal fee.  The Chandler Suite must be reserved to accommodate service animals.

  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted at guests’ responsibility.

  • Children are welcome, however, no childcare is provided and adult guests are responsible for supervision, damages and safe conduct of their children at all times.

  • Please check your room prior to leaving.  Square Inn is not responsible for items left behind.

  • For the convenience of all guests, please keep the noise down after 10 pm.  For the safety of all our guests, we reserve the right to ask any unruly or unsafe guests to leave the property immediately without refund.

  • Square Inn and its management are not responsible for damages or injuries to guests.
